One global moment
Use one global moment when everyone should reach zero simultaneously. A launch, livestream, or globally coordinated cutoff usually belongs in this mode.
Each viewer’s local time
Use viewer local time when “5:00 PM” means 5:00 PM wherever the viewer is. Different viewers reach zero at different real-world moments, but the wall-clock rule remains familiar.
Board dates
Countdown Pro follows the date information supplied by monday.com. A date with an explicit time is treated as the corresponding instant. A date without a time is treated as the end of that day.
Scheduled starts
Set a visible-from time to keep a timer hidden before it becomes relevant. This is useful for staged announcements, campaign windows, and handoffs where an early countdown would distract the team.
Daylight-saving time
Viewer-local recurring schedules are built from local wall-clock values. Check critical schedules around daylight-saving changes, particularly when teams span regions that change clocks on different dates.
