Date binding and next deadline
Connect Countdown Pro to monday.com Date or Timeline columns and keep the timer current as board data changes.
Date binding and next deadline
Board-connected modes make the date on monday.com the source of truth.
Bind one item
Choose a board, date column, and item. When that item’s date changes, the countdown resolves the new target the next time board data refreshes.
Use the earliest date in a column
Leave the item selector empty to count toward the earliest eligible date in the selected column and optional group.
Roll to the next deadline
Next-deadline mode always selects the earliest future date in scope. After it passes, the countdown automatically resolves the next eligible item without manual reconfiguration.
Completion-aware filtering
Choose a Status column and completion labels if completed work should stop driving the countdown. You can also display the number of items still open beneath the timer.
Group scope
Select one group to limit date resolution or leave the group filter empty to use the entire board.
Refresh behavior
Countdown Pro calculates the clock locally and refreshes board data on an interval. A just-edited date may take a short moment to appear; reopening the view also refreshes the app context.
Date columns without a time are treated as the end of the selected day. Dates with a time represent the instant supplied by monday.com.
