Subprocessors and analytics
Wild West Labs runs on a deliberately short list of third-party services. This page names every service that can process data on our behalf, what it is for, and what actually reaches it.
Subprocessors
How the analytics are configured
The website uses PostHog, configured to collect as little as possible. These settings are in the site’s source code, not just policy:
- No cookies. Analytics state is held in memory for the length of the page session only, so nothing is written to cookies or local storage.
- No autocapture. Clicks, form input, and similar interactions are not captured automatically. Pageviews are the only event recorded.
- No person profiles. Profiles are created only for identified users, and this site never identifies anyone, so no profile is created for a visitor.
- Session recording is not enabled by the site’s configuration.
- Off by default. If no analytics key is configured for an environment, PostHog does not load at all.
What we do not use
No advertising networks, no advertising or conversion pixels, no cross-site tracking, and no third-party font or script CDNs. Typefaces are served from this domain rather than requested from Google Fonts, so loading a page does not disclose your visit to a font host.
Inside the monday.com app
None of the above runs inside Countdown Pro. The app has no analytics, no Wild West Labs backend, and does not transmit board data anywhere. See what Countdown Pro reads and stores.
Changes to this list
If a service is added or replaced, this page changes with it. Questions about a specific service can go to support@wildwestlabs.com.
