These terms govern your use of wildwestlabs.com and Wild West Labs marketplace products. By using a product, you also agree to the applicable terms of the platform through which it is installed, including monday.com or Bubble.

Products and licenses

Marketplace products are licensed, not sold. Installation, billing, trial, cancellation, workspace access, and license scope are handled by the applicable marketplace and its terms. Wild West Labs does not offer direct purchases through this website.

Permitted use

You may use the products for their intended business or personal purpose within the rights provided by the marketplace license. You may not attempt to extract source code where prohibited by law, interfere with the service, evade marketplace licensing, or use the products to violate another person’s rights.

Your content and accounts

You remain responsible for the boards, data, text, images, settings, and account access used with a product. You are responsible for configuring deadlines, recurrence, timezones, holidays, completion labels, and similar business rules correctly for your workflow.

Availability and changes

We may improve, correct, or discontinue features. Material product changes are documented where a public changelog is available. Host-platform changes, outages, permission models, or marketplace policies may affect product behavior outside our control.

Support

Support is provided through support@wildwestlabs.com and the website support form. We aim to respond reasonably promptly but do not promise a particular response or resolution time unless separately agreed in writing.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” Countdown displays and business-day calculations are operational aids and should not be the sole source for legal, financial, safety-critical, or contractual deadlines.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wild West Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption arising from use of the website or products. Any aggregate liability will be limited to the amount paid for the affected product during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

The governing-law and venue provision will be completed after the company’s state of formation and public legal address are confirmed.
