Privacy policy

Effective date: August 31, 2026

Wild West Labs LLC (“Wild West Labs,” “we,” or “us”) builds marketplace apps and operates wildwestlabs.com. This policy explains what information is processed when you use this website, contact support, or use a Wild West Labs app.

Website analytics

We use PostHog to understand page visits and a small number of deliberate actions, such as clicking a marketplace link or successfully submitting the support form. PostHog is configured with memory-only persistence and automatic interaction capture disabled. We do not place an analytics cookie or use persistent browser storage for analytics.

Analytics events may include the page URL, event time, browser and device information, and the product connected to a clicked link. As with any internet request, hosting and analytics providers may process network information such as an IP address to deliver and secure the service.

Support requests

When you submit the support form, we process your name, email address, selected product, and message. Resend handles outbound delivery and acknowledgement. Incoming mail to support@wildwestlabs.com is routed by Cloudflare Email Routing to the studio’s Gmail inbox. We use this information only to respond, investigate the request, and maintain necessary correspondence.

Countdown Pro data

Countdown Pro runs inside monday.com. It reads the board, date, group, item, and optional status information needed to produce the countdown or board view you configure. Configuration is stored using monday.com instance storage. The v1 app does not send board data to a Wild West Labs server and has no Wild West Labs customer database.

Service providers

  • Vercel hosts the website and may process request and security logs.
  • PostHog provides cookieless website analytics.
  • Resend sends support messages and acknowledgements.
  • Cloudflare provides DNS and inbound email routing.
  • Google provides the Gmail inbox used for support correspondence.
  • monday.com and Bubble host and distribute the applicable marketplace products.

Retention

Website analytics follow the retention settings of the Wild West Labs PostHog project. Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed to provide support, maintain a useful record of the issue, and meet legal obligations. App configuration remains subject to the host marketplace and workspace retention controls.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information contained in support correspondence, subject to applicable law and necessary recordkeeping. Because website analytics use memory-only persistence, there is no persistent analytics identifier on your device to remove.
